The Grain Bin
This is a tiny home, it does have stairs going to the loft. Full sized kitchen, wrap around porch where you can sit and relax and listen to the sounds of nature. A short 3 minute walk down the path will take you to Historic Flint Creek to enjoy even more nature.
In the late 1830's the Hildebrand-Beck Mill was being built, right across the street from our property, along the creek. It was one of the oldest working mills in the U.S. During the civil war, federal troops occupied this land. After the war, in 1872 Ezekial Proctor accidentally shot Pauline Hildebrand and touched off a feud that resulted in a shootout at the Goingsnake courthouse. The threads of the tapestry of history have woven in and out on this quiet setting on Flint Creek.
